- Select any required Options
- Add the item to your cart
- When on the "View Cart" page...
- Type in desired quantity for each item in your cart
- Use the Recalculate button to view new total after quantity changes
- To view quantity discounts, click View Discount Schedule text link
- A list of matching items such as Thank You Cards or Return Address Labels will appear on the bottom
- Add any coupon code, and click Recalculate
- You may Continue Shopping or Check Out using the appropriate buttons on the bottom of this page
- If you decide to continue shopping, you will need to return to this View Cart page in order to begin the Check Out process.
Use the View Cart button in the bottom right corner of the screen to return to this page.
- Enter Bill To Information
- Be sure that your e-maill address is correct, because receipt and proofs will be sent to the provided address
- A check in the box indicates that your Billing Address is the same as your Shipping Address
- Press the Continue button once billing information has been completed
- Ship To Page
. You will
need to complete the following:
- STEP #1 - Enter or confirm your Bill To information
- STEP #2 - Review your personalization information. Edit and save any corrections.
- STEP #3 - Select Payment Method and add Credit Card information
- STEP #4 - Choose Shipping Option
- Use Recalculate Order Total button to view order total with updated shipping costs
- When all information has been entered use the Submit Order button to complete your order
An e-mail receipt will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Your
credit card WILL NOT be charged until you have approved your
proof.
- Upload or Send Your Photo (if required).
If a photo is required for your order, the receipt will contain a link that you can use to upload your Photo,
or an address where you can mail your photo.

- Approve Your Proof.
You will receive a digital proof by e-mail within 1 business day of submitting your order. We will print
your order after your proof is approved.
- For faster turnaround, be sure to check your e-mail frequently after placing your order.
- Check your proof closely and approve it in a timely manner so that we can ship right away!
How
To Send Regular Photos:
Send us any color, any size regular photo. If you are submitting a professional photo, please include
the photographer's release giving us permission to reprint the image.
All photos will be returned to you in the same condition they were received.

How To Take And Send Digital Photos:
Take your digital photo in the highest resolution that your camera supports.
When saving the photo save as a .JPG or .TIF file. You can upload your digital photo at the end of the order process. You can also upload your photo here.
Reference your order number, and your child's name when sending your photo.

Processing time for your order:
You will receive your e-mailed proof within 1 business days after receipt of your order and/or
photo. Upon your approval of the proof we will print and ship within 2
business days. You will have the opportunity to make any changes to
your proof and we will work with you 100% to make sure your design
is exactly how you want it.
Shipping Information:
All orders shipped within the USA are charged a flat fee shipping
rate of $8.45. Orders shipped Internationally will be shipped via
USPS and be quoted the rate for 4 - 7 day Airmail Parcel Post. The express shipping option we have available is 2-day Air for a flat rate of $25 per order. You can select your shipping preference after you 'check-out'
your shopping cart and 'sign-in' to process your order.

Early
Envelopes:
When completing the Personalized Information portion of your order there
is a check box indicating that you would like your envelopes shipped early.
Check this box, and your envelopes will be shipped to the shipping address
provided.. You will not be charged for this service, however, if you do
not end up placing an order with our company we reserve the right to charge
your card a $20.00 service fee.
Payment
Options:
We accept AMEX, VISA, MasterCard & Discover. Your credit card will not
be charged until you have approved your proof.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or distribute our list of customers or your personal
information to anyone, under any circumstances. We are committed to respecting
your privacy. We occasionally use clients' photos and/or announcements on our web site or in our printed catalogs for
promotional purposes. In these cases, we NEVER include any identifiable personalization information.
Most clients find it flattering to have their child's photo featured, but if you wish to avoid
this or have your child's photo removed, please contact us and we will remove it immediately.

All orders placed are approved by you prior to printing. We will provide
