Can any design be made into a magnet? Yes, any of the cards displayed on
our website can be ordered as a magnet.
Will the magnets fade? We use a
true photographic reproduction process for our magnets. Our magnets will resist fading and discoloration
just as well as a professionally developed photograph.
What size are the magnet cards? The magnet measures 3 1/2 inches
by 5 inches.
How thick and heavy is the magnet? The finished magnet is
over 20 mils thick, or roughly three times as thick as a standard
photograph. The combined weight of the magnet and mailing envelope
is under 1 ounce, meaning that one first class stamp will mail your magnet card.
Will the magnet stick to any surface? It sticks well to most
clean metal surfaces, ideal for most non-stainless steel refrigerators.
Are the magnets the same price as the photo cards? Depending on the design selected, the
magnet option may cost an extra $ 0.25 per piece more than the photo cards.
How do I order a magnet card? Select the '3.5 x 5 magnet' option once you have decided on your design choice. .

I get a sample before placing an order? Yes, our product catalog comes with a free sample. Choose magnet backed to receive a sample of our magnet invitations or announcements.
How long will it take for us to get our magnet cards once we send
you a photo? We will design your magnet card and send you an e-mail
proof within 24 - 48 hours after receipt of your order and photo. Once
you approve the proof we will ship your order within 2 - 3 business
days.
What type of photos do you accept for the magnet cards? We can
use a digital photo (please save digital pictures in the highest resolution
that your camera supports and send to us in .jpg or .tif format), or
a regular photo. If you want to use a photograph taken by a professional
photographer, please include a copyright release form signed by the
photographer.
Do you return our photos? Yes, we return all of your photos in
the same condition they were received in.
